How do I set up my new device?

Setup is super easy! First check out our tutorials section for extra details on the device and how to use it.

But after that, all you need to do is turn on the device, click through to your favorite heat and vibration settings, and massage away! Then recharge before your next use.

What is myTMJ Pen for?

myTMJ Pen was created for the TMJ and surrounding muscle tissue. It's not a treatment for TMJ Disorder, but it's a way to always have a relief tool on hand that can help loosen up tense muscles, minimize pain, and promote wider range of motion.

How does myTMJ Pen work?

How long/often do I use it?

It really depends on how you integrate into your life.

We have some customers who use it 3-4 times a day to maintain their muscle tone and pain levels.

While some people just bring it with them just in case of an emergency flare up.

We do recommend keeping usage times under 15-25min though. And if you're going to use the maximum heat setting, don't keep it on the same spot for longer than 5min.

Are there side effects?

There are some side effects that my cause discomfort.

For example, if you use the vibration feature at higher powers near your hear, you may feel dizziness, nausea, or general discomfort. That's why we recommend keeping vibration levels low when applying directly to the TMJ or anywhere else near the ear. You can use higher vibration around the head and neck muscles or farther away form the TMJ like the temples and masseter.

The heat setting may also have some side effects. For example, if you leave the highest heat setting on one spot for too long, you'll likely experience some redness and tenderness in that spot. If left for even longer there may be 1st degree burns. This is why we recommend keep heating times under 5 minutes at the highest heat setting.

What if it doesn't work for me?

What is your return policy?

We offer our 90 day risk free trial, in which you can return myTMJ Pen for whatever reason and get a full refund. We just ask that you pay for delivery because otherwise logistics become impossible for us.

After the 90 days there's no full refund, but if you're unhappy with your device, please reach out - we try to accommodate best we can.

Unfortunately we do not ship internationally right now.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a tracking number from the shipping service you chose at checkout. Feel free to enter this number into the shipping provider's tracking portal.

What are your shipping times?

Please allow 1-4 days to fulfill the order. Shipping times will vary based off of the shipping option you selected at checkout and your address.
